Freelancer Gig X:

• Does not employ Service Providers.
• Does not act as a contractor, agent, supervisor, representative, guarantor, or insurer.
• Does not control, manage, or monitor the performance, quality, or outcome of services delivered.

All agreements, expectations, deliverables, payments, and outcomes are solely between the Client and the Service Provider.

Freelancer Gig X provides a professional environment, not a labor workforce or outsourcing agency.

3. User Roles and Responsibilities

3.1 Companies

Companies using the Platform agree to:

• Clearly define work scope and expectations before engagement
• Communicate professionally and respectfully
• Review profiles and service terms carefully before confirming work
• Manage all project instructions, revisions, and verification directly with Service Providers

3.2 Individual Clients

Individual Clients agree to:

• Describe requirements honestly and clearly
• Communicate respectfully with Service Providers
• Confirm completion only when satisfied with the delivered work
• Understand that Freelancer Gig X does not guarantee outcomes

3.3 Service Providers

Service Providers agree to:

• Present accurate qualifications, skills, and availability
• Perform services professionally and with reasonable care
• Comply with all applicable legal, licensing, and professional requirements
• Understand that they are independent professionals, not employees of Freelancer Gig X

4. Account Integrity

All users agree to:

• Provide true and accurate information
• Not impersonate any other individual or organization
• Not misuse, manipulate, or exploit the Platform or its members
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

Freelancer Gig X reserves the right to verify identity or request document confirmation where necessary (e.g., KYC verification for professional credibility).

5. Payments and Fees

Clients and Service Providers are solely responsible for payment terms agreed between them.

• Disputes
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Non-payment
• Delays
• Chargebacks

Any financial disagreement must be resolved directly between the parties involved.

6. Dispute Management

Freelancer Gig X does not mediate disputes between users.

Clients and Service Providers must:

• Communicate clearly
• Attempt resolution in good faith

Freelancer Gig X may assist in facilitating communication but holds no liability for disputes or claims arising from work engagements or communication between users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Freelancer Gig X is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, failure, or dissatisfaction related to any services arranged on the Platform.
• Freelancer Gig X is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages.
• Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

8. No Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, whether expressed or implied.

Freelancer Gig X does not guarantee uninterrupted access, performance accuracy, platform stability, or availability at all times.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, layout, design, trademarks, and associated intellectual property are owned exclusively by Freelancer Gig X.

10. Account Suspension or Termination
